About mielestrega
My name is Arianna Montanari and my mission is to help others to reconnect with their bodies and minds through natural MOVEMENT and Yoga Synergy, through natural body products and by showing you the beauty of the tiny details of beekeeping.
I founded mielestrega in 2020, and Yoga Synergy Sweden in 2021, and I now run a studio called School of Mindfulness in Stockholm - Völundsgatan 3.
