Service Description
This 75 minutes class is slightly more intense than Synergy Fluid Flow. We work with known asanas applying the Synergy principles such as moving actively from the core, stretching less, tensing less, feeling more. The result is that entering and exiting asanas will become effortless, minimising the risk for injuries, maximising your enjoyment.

Cancellation Policy
When cancellation of the class/workshop happens less than 48hrs prior to the start of the workshop, the fee will be kept and not rembursed. No-show will also be charged 100% of the fee for the class.
